We carry out a detailed site review and calculate the potential number of houses which can be accommodated for development. A market appraisal of house prices within your local area is used to estimate the value of land once residential planning permission has been obtained.
A land promotion agreement or option agreement is completed between GVD and yourself the landowner, a planning application is then prepared by GVD and submitted to the council.
Once planning permission has been obtained, your land will be marketed by GVD to achieve the best possible value.
