Company History
The GVD Group was founded five years ago by Udo Eisenmenger – Chief Executive Officer and Thomas Igla – Chief Financial Officer.
GVD has successfully developed solar parks throughout the UK, with a development volume of 200 Megawatt Capacity Power (MWp) rating and continues to produce and sell electricity directly to the industry.
Following the success of our solar division, GVD was established in 2015 as a strategic land promoter working in partnership with landowners, land agents and Councils using our own financial structure to develop short term housing opportunities.
GVD has staff of over 20 professionals including seven ex local authority planning officers, working from our regional offices in Poole, London and Edinburgh.
To date GVD has a sales pipeline of over £200m in land sales value and will continue to invest in its land division over the coming years.
